This fabric end cutter is a very good quality product with good value and performance. We purchased it to cut thick ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fabric, not a common fabric for this type of cutter, and the cutter performed very well with our material.  The service we received from the supplier’s agent Lillian was outstanding. The agent showed a high level of professionalism and dedication and went above and beyond during every step of the ordering process, from helping us selecting the right model, to test cutting our material at their facility, and to completing the order and following up after delivery. Some parts were damaged during shipping, but we quickly received replacement parts without extra cost. This is not the first time we have purchased from Taizhou Bitop Machinery and, once again, we received a good product and a great customer service.
